Terms and Conditions
Passengers must sign release of liability waivers prior to flight. Maximum total combined weight of 540lbs for all passengers, excluding tour pilot for all flights. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Children must be at least 8 years of age or older or at least 4 feet 9 inches tall or taller. Due to limited space we are not able to use child seats in the airplane. Subject to weather and availability. We reserve the right to change the route of the flight or reschedule for bad weather. Safety is our highest priority, if we determine that our aircraft or equipment is not functioning properly or the weather is not suitable for flight, FlyBayArea reserves the right to reschedule the flight. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are intoxicated or otherwise determined to be unfit for flight, you will not be allowed to board the aircraft. Passengers may be subject to safety search prior to boarding the flight. We will not compromise your safety or experience with us, so we apologize in advance if we need to reschedule your flight due to bad weather or mechanical concerns.
Refund Policy
If you purchased a SkyTour directly through our website, you can get a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please email us at info@flybayarea.com. No refunds after 15 days of purchase, for “No Shows”, and for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of scheduled departure time. If you don’t show up for your scheduled flight time or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time, the flight will be marked as completed and charged in full. If you purchased a SkyTour from a third party, please contact the vendor directly to inquire about a refund. Thank you.
